​in the Brewery:

​BELGIAN BLONDE ALE, 7% ABV
​Our flagship beer is a Belgian style blonde, a golden ale with a combination of fruity-spicy Belgian yeast flavor and slightly sweet malt flavor, and dry finish.
SESSION IPA, 4.7% ABV
​A lighter version of an IPA, a combination of citrus, grapefruit, mango, pineapple and a slight hint of pine.
JAVA STOUT, 6% ABV
Our take on a cup of morning Joe. An oatmeal stout brewed with Kenya coffee from St. Thomas Roasters.
BELGIAN TRIPEL, 10% ABV
​A pale, somewhat spicy, dry, strong Trappist ale with a pleasant rounded malt flavor and firm bitterness. Quite aromatic, with spicy, fruity, and light alcohol notes combining with the supportive clean malt character to produce a surprisingly drinkable beverage considering the high alcohol level.
HAZY CRAZE IPA, 5.8% ABV
Our take on a New England IPA. Hazy, juicy, and over-the-top with citrus hops. ​
​GERMAN PILSNER, 4.5% ABV
A crisp refreshing German style Pilsner. ​
SAMOYED RIS, 9.5% ABV
A dark stout beer named after the breed of our frost-colored farm dog, Icy. This is our highest ABV selection; the round chocolate and roast flavors balance well with the heat of the alcohol.
ENGLISH BARLEYWINE, 9.6% ABV
​​Our barleywine is an English style barleywine. It is very rich and malty with a bitter hop backbone, but very little hops on the nose. Its flavor is a lot of bready malts, dark fruits and some alcohol shining through. The color is dark amber.
HARRISBURG LAGER, 5.9% ABV
​A slightly richer and maltier lager, dry in finish, golden in color.
SPRINGGATE LIGHT, 4.4% ABV
A version of an American light beer. Very refreshing with a slight hint of hops.
​PUERTA DE LA FUENTA, 5% ABV
​A light Mexican style Pilsner; it can be served with a lime in a glass.
DOPPELBOCK, 9.1% ABV
​“Doppel” meaning “double,” this style is a bigger and stronger version of the German-style bock beers. Originally made in Munich, the doppelbock beer style is very food-friendly and rich in melanoidins reminiscent of tasted bread.Color is dark brown. Malty sweetness is dominant but not cloying. Malt character is high. This Doppelbock is full-bodied and alcoholic strength is on the higher end.

Our Belgian style Blonde Ale, aged for at least six months in French oak barrels.

Our Saison Ale aged for six months in French Oak wine barrels.

​DUBBEL ALE, 8.3% ABV - SOLD OUT
Our Belgian style Dubbel Ale aged for four months in French oak wine barrels.

ST. NINO BELGIAN STYLE BLONDE, 9.3% ABV - SOLD OUT ​
This is our flagship beer, the Belgian style Blonde, fermented with Cabernet Sauvignon juice.

SCOTTISH STYLE WEE HEAVY ALE, 10.4% ABV - SOLD OUT
Saint Regulus is a Scottish style Wee Heavy ale that has been aged in French oak wine barrels for more than a year and a half.
