SpringGate Cocktails
We are now creating unique Festival/Event cocktails; they are currently available only in the Brewery. All SpringGate Cocktails are made from our wines, ciders, and beers, with help from local PA distilleries.
Previously Released Cocktails:
The SpringGate Blonde Manhattan Cocktail was released for our annual Summer Solstice Festival in June. This cocktail is made from homemade 30% Vermouth, 25% SpringGate Seyval Blanc, 22% Moonshine from Hidden Still Spirits, 23% Triple Sec syrup, and served over ice with lemon as a garnish. Approximately 15.9% ABV
The SpringGate Cosmo USA Cocktail was released during our recent USA Festival in July. This cocktail is made from 30% SpringGate Crandy, 20% Spring Gate Sangria, 30% Vodka from Hidden Still Spirits, 10% Lime Juice, 10% Triple Sec syrup, and served over ice with lemon as garnish. Approximately 18% ABV
The SpringGate Blackberry Shine Up Cocktail - This cocktail is made from 74% SpringGate Blackberry Cider, 13% Vodka from Hidden Still Spirits, 13% Moonshine from Hidden Still Spirits, Sugar and, served over ice with orange as a garnish. Approximately 16.1% ABV
The SpringGate Sling Cocktail was released at our Cruisin' Festival in July. This cocktail is made from 20% SpringGate Crandy, 20% Bourbon from Hidden Still Spirits, 10% Triple Sec from Boardroom Spirits, 40% Cranberry Juice Cocktail, 10% Lime Juice, and garnished with frozen cranberries. Approximately 15% ABV
The SpringGate Lime Car Cocktail was released during our recent Folk Festival in July. This cocktail is made from Pennsylvania Brandy, Triple Sec from Boardroom Spirits, SpringGate Bubbly Lemon Lime Mello, Lime Juice, and garnished with a lime slice. Approximately 11.3% ABV
The SpringGate Peach Mojito Cocktail was released at our Peach Festival in July. This cocktail is made from 60% SpringGate Honey Peach Wine, 20% Rum from Boardroom Spirits, 10% Peach Concentrate, 10% Lime Juice, Sugar, and served over ice with peach as a garnish. Approximately 14.9% ABV
The SpringGate Appalachian Mule Cocktail was released during Country Music Festival in August. This cocktail is made from 70% Appalachian Brewing Co. Ginger Beer, 20% Vodka from Hidden Still Spirits, 10% Lime Juice, and is served over ice with lime as garnish. Approximately 9% ABV
The SpringGate Screwdriver was released during our 4th Annual Crabfest in August. This cocktail is made from SpringGate Bubbly Blood Orange Mello, Vodka from Hidden Still Spirits, and is Served Over Ice. Approximately 14.2% ABV
The SpringGate Blueberry Mojito Cocktail was released at our Blueberry Festival in August. This cocktail is made from 60% SpringGate Blueberry Mello, 20% Rum from Boardroom Spirits, 10% Blueberry Concentrate, 10% Lime Juice, Sugar, and garnished with frozen blueberries. Approximately 12.2% ABV
The SpringGate Whiskey Sour Cocktail was released at our Bluegrass Festival in August. This cocktail is made from 50% SpringGate Lemonade Cider, 30% Bourbon from Hidden Still Spirits, 10% Lemon Juice, 10% Lime Juice, Sugar and Garnished with Maraschino cherries. Approximately 17% ABV
The following two cocktails were released during our End of Summer Bash in September over Labor Day weekend:
The SpringGate Mint Jewel Up - This cocktail is made from 67% SpringGate Sparkling Traminette, 33% Bourbon or Whiskey, over ice and garnished with soaked mint in Whiskey. Approximately 22% ABV
The SpringGate Llime Shine - This cocktail is made from 74% SpringGate Lemon Lime Mello, 13% Moonshine and 13% Vodka from Hidden Still Spirits, and served over ice with a sprig of thyme as garnish. Approximately 15.8% ABV
The SpringGate Mint Jewel Up - This cocktail is made from 67% SpringGate Sparkling Traminette, 33% Bourbon or Whiskey, over ice and garnished with soaked mint in Whiskey. Approximately 22% ABV
The SpringGate Llime Shine - This cocktail is made from 74% SpringGate Lemon Lime Mello, 13% Moonshine and 13% Vodka from Hidden Still Spirits, and served over ice with a sprig of thyme as garnish. Approximately 15.8% ABV
The SpringGate Cherry Blast was released at our Winestock Festival in September. This cocktail is made from SpringGate Raspberry Mello, Gin from Boardroom Spirits, Lime Juice, Ginger Beer from Appalachian Brewing Co., Cherry Concentrate from King Orchards, and served over ice with lemon garnish. Approximately 10.8% ABV
The SpringGate Pumpkin Patch Punch Cocktail was released at our Pumpkinpalooza! and Cork & Pork festivals in September. This cocktail is made from all from Pennsylvania ingredients: 60% SpringGate Pumpkin Spice Cider, 20% Vodka from Boardroom Spirits and Hidden Still Spirits, 20% Ginger Beer from Appalachian Brewing Co., and served over ice with whipped cream as garnish. The Vodka is infused with pumpkin and pumpkin spice. Approximately 12.2% ABV
The SpringGate Red Velvet Beer Cocktail was released at our 2017 Oktoberfest. This festival cocktail is made from 50% SpringGate Sparkling Pink Peignoir, 50% Spring Gate Samoyed Russian Imperial Stout and garnished with a pinch of espresso. Approximately 11% ABV
The SpringGate Crandy® Cocktail was released at our Cranberry Festival in October. This cocktail is made from 70% SpringGate Crandy®, 30% Gin from Boardroom Spirits and served over ice with lime as a garnish. Approximately 20% ABV
The SpringGate Cider Car Cocktail was released at our Cider Fest in November. This cocktail is made from 20% Bourbon from Hidden Still Spirits, 20% Triple Sec from Boardroom Spirits, 80% SpringGate Sweet House Cider and served over ice with lemon garnish. Approximately 21% ABV
The Spring Gate Merry Mint Jewel Up Cocktail, released during the 2017 Christmas holiday season, is made from 67% SpringGate Sparkling Traminette, 33% PA Whiskey or Bourbon, and is served over ice with a sprig of soaked mint in whiskey as garnish. Approximately 20% ABV
The SpringGate Jingle Juice Cosmo Cocktail, released during the 2017 Christmas holiday season, is made from 30% SpringGate Crandy®, 20% Spring Gate Red Sangria, 30% Vodka from Hidden Still Spirits, 10% Lime Juice, 10% Triple Sec Syrup, and is served over ice with lemon as garnish. Approximately 18% ABV

The SpringGate Happy New Year Cosmo Cocktail, realeased around New Year's Eve 2017, is made from 30% Vodka from Boardroom Spirits, 70% SpringGate Crandy GrapeSM wine, slightly carbonated overnight and is served over ice with a slice of lime as garnish. Approximately 17.5% ABV
The SpringGate Cosmo USA Cocktail This cocktail is made from 30% SpringGate Crandy, 20% Spring Gate Sangria, 30% Vodka from Theobald & Oppenheimer, 10% Lime Juice, 10% Triple Sec from Boardroom Spirits, and served over ice with lemon as garnish.
The SpringGate Pumpkin Patch Rum Runner is made from 10% Brown Sugar Syrup, 10% Rum from Boardroom Spirits, 10% Spiced Rum from Hidden Still Spirits, 70% SpringGate Pumpkin Spice Cider and is served over ice. Approximately 12.9% ABV
The SpringGate Maraschino Snakebite is made from 45% SpringGate Puerta de la Fuenta, 45% SpringGate Dry House Cider, 5% Vodka from Boardroom Spirits and, 5% Maraschino Cherry Juice. This is served in a 12 oz. glass with Maraschino Cherries as garnish. Approximately 7.4% ABV
The SpringGate Blackberry Gin Fizz cocktail is made from 20% Gin from Boardroom Spirits, 10% blackberry concentrate, 20% carbonated Spring Gate Spring Water, 50% SpringGate Blackberry Cider, and served over ice with a sprig of sweet basil. Approximately 11.5% ABV
