We have created and produced numerous beers since opening our doors for business. These beers have been included in our on tap rotation in the past and may, from time to time, be included in the rotation in the future.

Imperial IPA, 10.2% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

An India Pale Ale, hinting at pine and citrus, that balances high hoppiness with a warming, dry finish. [Not Growlered]​​​

Samoyed Winter Ale, 11% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

A dark stout beer named after the breed of our frost colored farm dog, Icy. This is our highest ABV selection; the round chocolate and roast flavors balance well with heat of the alcohol.

​Belgian Dubbel, 6.9% ABV

A deep reddish-copper, moderately strong, malty, complex Trappist ale with rich malty flavors, dark or dried fruit esters, and light alcohol blended together in a malty presentation that still finishes fairly dry.

Belgian Tripel, 10% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

A pale, somewhat spicy, dry, strong Trappist ale with a pleasant rounded malt flavor and firm bitterness. Quite aromatic, with spicy, fruity, and light alcohol notes combining with the supportive clean malt character to produce a surprisingly drinkable beverage considering the high alcohol level.

Hank's Hofenweizen, 5% ABV

A classic German wheat beer, with hints of banana and clove in the nose and flavor.

Märzen Lager, 5.2% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

​Our Marzen is a rich, full-bodied lager, malty with a dry finish.

​Irish Red Ale, 5.3% ABV

​A clean and smooth Irish Red Ale balancing caramel malt sweetness with refreshing hop bitterness.

Belgian Wit, 4.2% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

​Our Wit is a traditional Belgian style Wit brewed with Coriander and orange peel.

Peach Belgian Blonde, 6.2% ABV

​Our flagship beer, the Belgian Blonde with peaches added. This is a nice sweet beer with peaches front and back.

German Pilsner, 4.5% ABV

A crisp, refreshing, German style Pilsner. ​

Session IPA, 4.7% ABV

A lighter version of an IPA, a combination of citrus, grapefruit, mango, pineapple and a slight hint of pine.

Hazy Craze IPA, 5.8% ABV

Our take on a New England IPA. Hazy, juicy, and over-the-top with citrus hops. ​​​

Belgian Blonde, 7% ABV

Our flagship beer is a Belgian style blonde, a golden ale with a combination of fruity-spicy Belgian yeast flavor and slightly sweet malt flavor, and dry finish.

Harrisburg Lager, 5.9% ABV

A slightly richer and maltier lager, dry in finish, golden in color.

Doppelbock, 9.1% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

Puerta De La Fuenta, 5% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

A light Mexican style pilsner; can be served with a lime in a glass.

Coffee Stout, 6% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

Our take on a cup of morning joe. An oatmeal stout brewed with Kenya Coffee from St. Thomas Roasters.

Winter Warmer Ale, 6.5% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

A robust brown ale with notes of caramel, toffee and toasted biscuits round out this high ABV that is sure to warm your spirits on a cold winter's day.

Irish Dry Stout, 5% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

English Barleywine, 9.6% ABV - NOT AVAILABLE

Our barleywine is an English style barleywine. It is very rich and malty with a bitter hop backbone, but very little hops on the nose. Its flavor is a lot of bready malts, dark fruits and some alcohol shining through. The color is dark amber.
